Memorial Day weekend

        Greetings, due to the wonderful response to last year's storytelling and spoken word and in keeping with the reggae tradition of oneness and respect we are giving storytelling and spoken word it's own staging area! We would like to respect ALL artists with spoken word and storytelling talents and ask the audience to come prepared to tip those they enjoy! In return we ask for respect and for performers to keep in mind this is a family venue of one love and respect.

  We are keeping it simple and open to everyone all performers can share poetry their own or others and storytelling, to the background of music or none, as they wish on a first come first sign up basis. Please keep performances to the art of poetry and storytelling.

  Performers must sign in and there will be a time limit on performances depending on how many are signed in. We reserve the right to ask any performer to leave the stage if the performance is not poetry or storytelling or in keeping with the respect and one love family vibe of the festival.
