A. REGGAE ON THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER and its entertainment will be held at the Vidalia Amphitheater (100 Front St. Vidalia, LA 71373). Booths will be on both sides of the Amphitheater.

B. Set-Up must begin at 9:00 AM
     Vendors must remain off-site until all paperwork is collected.
     Vendors are asked to leave promptly at the end of the event.
     Vendors must keep area clean to include cleanup for area used during the day.
     Food vendors are responsible for removing cooking oil from site.

C. Tobacco/tobacco related products, foul smelling toy products, and guns with toy pellets will not be sold from any booth at the event.

D. Vendors may not sell beverages. Alcohol and beer will not be permitted at the event.

E. Electricity (110 V) will be available at no charge to vendors. Vendors must provide heavy-duty extension cords (light-duty extension cords will not be allowed) and multiple-outlet boxes.

F. All booths areas are outside. Vendors must supply all needed equipment, including, tents, tables, chairs, etc.

G. Tax forms will be distributed to all for-profit vendors at the festival site. Vendors are responsible for mailing them to the appropriate offices.

H. The City of Vidalia, Festival Committees and the River View RV Park and Resort, Hit City Records and our employees, partners and subcontractors will not be liable for any injuries, weather conditions, acts of God, loss of income, loss or damage of supplies/equipment, nor does it guarantee a profit of any type.
